Matt Hancock says tougher coronavirus restrictions ‘down to people’s behaviour’

The health secretary has said he will not rule out another national coronavirus lockdown. In an interview with Sky News, Matt Hancock said further measures to curb the spread of the virus could be taken in parts of the country. The situation in the UK has become much worse in recent weeks because of a new variant of coronavirus in circulation that is now dominant in some areas
