Negotiators from the United Kingdom and Spain have reached a draft deal on the post-Brexit future of Gibraltar.
Spain’s foreign minister, Arancha González Laya, said it was a good day in negotiations as the British Overseas Territory on the southern tip of the Iberian peninsula would be able to join European Union programmes and policies such as Schengen
