Cuyahoga County, Cleveland issue stay-at-home advisory effective Wednesday night through Dec. 17

Cuyahoga County and the City of Cleveland have issued a stay-at-home advisory that will take effect on Wednesday night, one day ahead of a statewide curfew that begins on Thursday at 10 p.m.
